Desertion Reports Urged as Sept. 12 Enrollment Nears
Provost Marshal General urges prompt reports from local boards on net desertions to complete Sept. 12 enrollment. Delays in reports slow new lists and registration. Boards must provide forms to prison wardens, reservation residents, non residents in schools, and others. Gov Harding will post a list of noncomplying boards after Sept 12. An Instruction Board will meet to plan preliminary military training for Sept. 12 draftees with Col. Cotton, Capt. Stas, and Hope G. Martin.
