Drastic changes to the W C F and N rail schedule are approved and take effect on Monday June 1. Traffic manager Maurice A Welsh announced no night service to Cedar Falls after 7 15 p m with the last car to Waterloo at 7 p m. First train at 6 15 a m. Rainbow driveways paved and buses began to operate every day.
Beginning Jan 1 1923 rail service between Waterloo and Cedar Falls shifts to hourly trains from 6 15 a m to 7 00 p m with first Cedar Falls train at 6 15 a m and later hourly departures. Waverly services No 43 and 44 cut. Westfield avenue streetcars updated per groundman James Robinson with passing track double tracking and adjusted car movements to improve flow.
