The Tlinois Central Waterloo community plans a full day event at Cedar River and Electric parks on Saturday July 25. Leonard O. Bernardy arrived at police headquarters after mysterious calls to Chief Leighton sparked police attention. He was arrested for driving a motor vehicle while intoxicated and remanded to July 3 for trial with $100 bail. Martin Cook paid a $10 fine for intoxication, later facing $16 after a second offense.
