Black Hawk Oil Co Expands With Hawkeye Acquisition
The Black Hawk Oil company of Waterloo completes the purchase of Hawkeye Oil of Delaware establishing the largest independent oil jobbing firm in the nation. The deal unites 325 service stations 150 tank stations and warehouse points across Iowa Minnesota Illinois Indiana and Kentucky under Black Hawk Products with headquarters kept in Waterloo.
