Waterloo area prepares for fall term with all schools reopening Monday Aug 3. Buildings redecorated and repaired. districts report record enrollment expected as census totals show larger pupil counts than last year. West district enrolled 605 in grade schools and 39 in high school. east district first seven grades enrollment noted.
