Rev G C Graham of the Watauga Methodist charge returned Tuesday from Elkin where he accompanied Mr Charles Henson of Amantha who is a patient at Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital. Harry P. Grice Sr. of Statesville died of a heart attack Monday in Williamston while returning from Mateo. He was 60, a former speaker of the North Carolina House, a longtime lawyer, NC senator, and UNC trustee. He leaves a widow Marietta Leinster and two sons.
