In Watauga County Superior Court Walter Eller sues Toy Miller and others to foreclose a tax sale lien on forty five acres in Elk Township. The Superior Court of Watauga County North Carolina is filing a foreclosure action by Gordon Winkler against H W Horton and Mrs H W Horton and all others with claims to three and one half Horton Terrace lots. Defendants must answer within thirty days at Boone court clerk's office or be barred from any interest in the property. The action seeks to foreclose tax sale lien and collect proceeds from sale. Adminstrator Wade E Brown announces claims against the estate of Mrs W C Lentz of Watauga County must be shown by November 24, 1933, or be barred. debts should be paid promptly.
