Perkins Funeral Services Set for Sunday

Slander suit filed against Harry Vonderschmitt in Monroe County

Bloomington June 23. INS Robert Smith 26 Indiana University graduate filed a $50,000 slander suit in Monroe county circuit court against Harry P Vonderschmitt of a chain of heaters in central and southern Indiana. Smith, son of Dr Rodney Smith, prominent Sears physician, was married to Vonderschmitts daughter. They were divorced on [illegible or missing].
