Death sentence for Tucker denied by court terms
Boston January 2 The full bench of the Supreme Judicial Court denied the appeal for a rehearing of two trial exceptions in the Tucker murder case. With the denial it is expected the death sentence will soon be pronounced in the Superior Court and further appeals to federal courts or the governor may occur. A Canadian correspondent adds Prince Louis of Battenberg has joined the Canadian Camp of New York and comments by Indian guide John Moloney note the prince as a good chum with no shooting.
