Three Classes Compete For Library Prizes In DC Contest
District of Columbia groups including Lodges Clubs Churches and Schools may compete by members or friends voting with blank ballots. Three prizes for libraries of equal value go to the top votegetters in each class Lodges and Clubs Churches and Religious Societies and Schools. If ties occur prizes are split equally and ballots must clearly indicate the organization voted for.
