Accidental Death of Edward Roth in Wayland
Edward Roth 54 was killed when a wagon box trailer failed and threw him from the trailer while moving with his nephew Allen Meyer. He had moved to Wayland a month ago from a nearby farm and was a painter. Funeral set for Friday at the Mennonite church. He leaves a widow Mattie Nafsinger and three children plus siblings.

Mrs Stephen Hayden, 83, died at 1 30 AM at her home in Ainsworth after a stroke last Thursday. The funeral will be conducted by Rev E J Shook at the Methodist church in Ainsworth, with burial in Ainsworth cemetery. Her daughter Eliza Goble of Omaha survives along with one sister.
