Henry Hagist aged 85 longtime Keota resident died Tuesday at the Burrell Foster home near Wellman after prolonged illness. Funeral services planned for Wednesday in Keota with Rev. Donald Bes singer of Wellman officiating. Marsh funeral home handling arrangements. He was born April 7 1865 in Illinois to George M Hagist and Florence Tallman later widow. Survived by daughter Mrs William C Boehn of Chicago two grandchildren and several great grandchildren. one daughter preceded him in death. he was the last of a large family.

Dismiss Petit Jurors In District Court Settlement Reached
