Three Des Moines men were arrested in a Webster City tractor theft case involving a John Deere 4430 valued at 20 000 to 22 000.

Hormel and Co. will solicit bids later this month for a new 320000 square foot hog kill and processing plant in Ottumwa Iowa with headquarters in Austin Minnesota.
