The UPI document reports that twelve years after the Supreme Court ruling, four of five white children attend nearly all white schools while two of three Black children attend schools that are 90 to 100 percent Black. It notes higher class sizes and better facilities in white schools, while Black schools show advantages in free lunch programs and newer buildings.
