Washington County soybean producers will vote September 8 at the County Extension office from 10 am to 4 pm on whether a half cent per bushel deduction for market development promotion and research should start. Voting is statewide in extension offices for those with 250 bushels produced and marketed between September 1 1970 and August 31 1971.
