Teenager Dies in Bonaparte Car Crash

Nine Survivors Found After Air Inter Crash in France
An Air Inter domestic flight en route from Lyons to Clermont Ferrand with 68 aboard crashed on a rain slick ridge near Picon Peak in the the France. Officials reported 59 dead and nine survivors, including four year old Sylvain Monteneix and 55 year old Marcel Delcroix. Rescue efforts followed a long search in rain soaked forests as authorities sought to reach the wreckage and determine the cause of the crash after loss of radio contact.
