The storm disrupted farming with moisture delaying harvests and threatening lodging in corn and soy fields while causing minor traffic incidents along highways. Davenport suffered the heaviest impact with four inches of snow and one death from electrocution. Temperatures expected to rise and melt most snow.

Nation Moves Toward Universal Standard Time This Spring
Washington reports that 46 states will switch to standard time this Sunday at 2 a.m. with only Kentucky Hawaii Alaska and parts of Indiana outside the change.
