D M Bailey a prominent farmer in Waterloo died by suicide at noon today after jumping into a well. The note cited ill health as the cause of his action.
Minneapolis dispatch recalls the blizzard that hit Teton county Montana. Nine sheep herders died. five bodies recovered. William Graham, Norman Bruce, Matt Gregorich and H Herald are noted among the fallen, who stayed with their flocks to protect employers’ property as snow and cold claimed them.
