Des Moines Oct 2 The Mitchellville reform school rioters, seventy one girls confined in the county jail, are before the grand jury which will hear their statements and later visit Mitchellville for evidence. John Cownie of the board of control testified four hours as several girls were examined. Three Sisters of Charity offered to remove incorrigible girls to Roman Catholic institutions at no cost, but the state board declined to avoid admission of inability to manage the cases.
