Dena Kuyper 79 Dies at Brighton
Dena Kuyper, 79, died at 4:30 yesterday at the Brighton home of her nephew Dr. William VanZanten after eight months of ill health. Funeral services are set for 2:00 p.m. Monday at the First Reformed church in Pella with Rev. Averkamp officiating. Burial will follow at Pella. Miss Kuyper, born March 36, 1868 in Pella, spent most of her life there and helped raise Dr. VanZanten. She is survived by two sisters Mrs. Henry Kempe of Leighton Iowa and Mrs. Anna Bruins of Helena Montana, plus several nieces and nephews.
