Washington reports the nation's 35 000 brewers and bakery representatives have adopted a grain conservation plan to save about 3 000 000 bushels of wheat monthly. It calls for smaller loaf sizes fewer bread varieties and use of wheat conserving products. Brewers agree to cut corn by 25 percent return 200 000 bushels of wheat and rice and halt certain grain sorghums.

Twin infants Dewey ini Clarenes Weeks, sons of Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Weeks, died shortly after birth. A two o'clock graveside service was conducted by Dr Fred Kik at Jim Grove cemetery with Miller L A Jones Funeral name in charge of arrangements.
