Earll given six month jail term in breaking and entering case
Delmar W Earll, 20, of Washington, received six months in jail and a $100 fine in Washington County District Court after his conviction for breaking and entering. Judge Arthur McGiverin suspended three months, credited five days served, and placed Earll on one year probation with orders to reimburse the crime victim for damages and county attorney fees. West Des Moines woman charged with assault in shooting
Linda Harvey, 34, of West Des Moines was charged with assault with intent to commit murder after allegedly shooting Larry Morrison who had been released from Missouri State Prison earlier in the day. He and partners had just finished the 18th hole and were walking to the clubhouse when he fell and died.
