Hotel robbery in Waterloo nets $710
In Waterloo Iowa on October 8 three masked men abducted clerk Donald Seaton at the Ellis hotel and stole $710 from the cash drawer. They entered for rooms then forced Seaton into a car, slugged him, and dumped him along a country road. A passing motorist later returned him to town.
