Fire ruins hold 13 penitentiary prisoners in Ohio dormitory
In Junction City Ohio the charred remains of 13 inmates were found in the smoldering dormitory ruins after a fatal early morning fire. Seven men were unaccounted for with four believed dead and three likely to have escaped over walls. An investigation by Governor Donahey’s appointee C H Sisson began as planners moved to build a new dormitory with a 300 capacity.
