Dudley Dean Graber sues Callistus J. Kern doing business as the Wagon Wheel Tap in Washington County District Court for 130000 alleging the tavern served liquor to Ronald D. Feil while intoxicated, contributing to a Dec 21 1973 crash near Washington in which Graber was badly injured and hospitalized with lasting injuries. Feil and Graber were both seriously hurt in the collision on highways 1 and 92.
