Floyd R. Jones 75 a former Brighton resident died of a heart attack at his home southwest of Fairfield Tuesday afternoon. The funeral is Friday at 2 p m at Gould Funeral Home in Brighton with Rev Wilson Hyde officiating. Burial will be in Clay Cemetery west of Brighton. He was born January 14 1887 northwest of Brighton to Samuel and Rachel Stoady Jones. He lived in the Brighton area most of life before moving near Fairfield. Survivors include brother Lloyd Jones of Brighton and three nieces.
