Lawsuit filed over nursing home fire injury
Mary Fuhrman of Fort Dodge filed a $250,000 suit in Webster County District Court against Park Manor Care Center alleging negligence for allowing her 79 year old father Glenn to smoke in the lounge on Nov. 14 and for not aiding him after a fire started.
