Kalona Woman Taken Sunday in Tragic Death
Kalona, Nov. 19 Mrs Albert Kepler, 72, died Sunday morning after a long illness from complications. Survived by two daughters Anne Johnson of Minneapolis and Myrile Miller of Kalona and two sons Alva and Jesse Kepler of Kalona. A third daughter Vila Subreng is deceased. Funeral services will be held.

Henry Wilms of Brighton Dies at 81 in Iowa City Hospital
Henry Wilms aged 81 died Saturday night at University hospital in Iowa City after about two weeks there. Born in Harvard Germany on March 19 1853 he moved to Brighton in 1883 and made it his home. He married Cecelia Franzen on January 13 1884 and is survived by his widow and two children Peter Wilms of Moline and Mrs Lizzie Richardson of Brighton. Another son Henry died in Oklahoma earlier. Funeral services are set for nine oclock Tuesday morning at St Josephs Catholic church East Pleasant Plain conducted by Father E P Seidel.

Funeral services for Mrs Lytle A Stephens longtime Ainsworth resident and charter member of the M E Church were held in the local Methodist church with Rev R J Shook presiding. Burial followed in Ainsworth cemetery. She was born Sarah Ellen Tenney in 1849 and died Saturday at her home after a long life as teacher wife and mother. She left nine children and a large extended family.
