Fairfield Ice Man Dies After Fall at Heston Grocery
Mell V Stephens born July 13 1876 in Richland died after an ice delivery accident at the Heston grocery. He fell from a platform striking a meat block and died within an hour at the hospital. Survived by his wife Margaret Mullenix and siblings Milo, Anson Woodford, Mrs Fulton and Mrs Dayton.
