Files suit over 1974 Washington crash
Gordon R. Sampson of Washington seeks $75,000 in damages in Washington County District Court from Charles E. Lemley and Lisa L. Lemley for injuries after being struck by a car driven by Miss Lemley on November 11, 1974 at the intersection of South Fourth Avenue and East Monroe Street near Lincoln Elementary School. He claims head injuries, a broken arm and leg, shoulder injuries and permanent disabilities from the accident saying Miss Lemley was negligent and would have had the last opportunity to avoid it.
