Palmer Museum to Get Circus Wagon
Des Moines reports the two hemi spheres circus wagon once built for P. T. Barnum in 1870 will travel again this week. Dr. B. J. Palmer of the Palmer School of Chiropractic received the wagon from Cole Brothers circus and plans to restore its rainbow paint for Davenport's Palmer museum. The wagon, famed in parades across the U S and Europe, once required forty plumed horses.
