The 1940 stockholders meeting in Crawfordsville Iowa approved a twenty year extension of the corporate term to 1960 and adopted Renewed Amended and Substituted Articles of Incorporation. Officers were authorized to sign acknowledge record publish and execute all documents to carry out the resolution. Notary public E H Cherryholmes verified the proceedings.
