Mrs Ward Benson and Mrs Margarite Herring welcomed 22 members and three guests of the Prairie Flower missionary society in church parlors. Gertrude Morse spoke on her four years aiding native women in Central Africa, noting 6,000 women and 40 churches contacted and 13 white missionaries in the area. Hostesses announced June gathering details and refreshments were served by the hostesses and assistants.

Mrs Blanche Grecian receives Mother’s Day call from daughter Dr Norman Foster and Kimberly of Casper Wyoming. Dr Foster earned a geology PhD from Kansas University last Sept and now lives at 630 Kgood Drive Casper WY. William L Zager a patient at University Hospital Iowa City to have surgery next week.
Women employed group to hear Mr Feuerhelm speak on Wednesday at the YWCA Vernon Feuerhelm will present the program with cohosts Mrs Floyd Woods and Mrs Maynard Brown Reservations are helpful but not required Attendees may call the YW desk for details
