In District Court of Washington County Iowa plaintiffs seek quieting of title to all of the west half of section 36 and north half of northeast quarter in township 76 north range west of the 5th P M. The petition claims errors in record title and asks the court to confirm title in plaintiffs and bar defendants and unknown claimants from any adverse right. Defendants are notified to answer by noon of the second day of the next term starting September 2 1930 at the Washington Court House.
