School bus accident injures golfers near Washington
A Washington High School golf team bus was involved in a minor crash nine miles south of Washington on Highway 1 at 3 p.m. A car driven by Clara Shelangoski attempted to pass the bus and swerved into the right lane hitting the bus. No injuries reported. Bus driver Carl Lee Wagner remained with the vehicle. The Brighton driver was charged with improper passing after her car spun into a ditch.
