The suit filed by Harry Nelson Jr. and his father against Yates Lincoln Consolidated school coach Du gene Coltrane over a bat incident was dismissed on defense motion. Nelsons claimed four teeth were broken and the jaw crushed. the petition sought 1576 dollars. After eight witnesses testified, Dr. C T Hays testified the teeth were not broken as alleged.
