Sealed bids for concrete pipe are due by 1 30 P M May 20 1938 at the office of the Auditor. A solvent Iowa bank certified check must accompany each proposal as liquidated damages if the bidder fails to execute a contract and file an approved bond within ten days after bid acceptance. Plans specifications and forms available at the County Auditor's office. Proposals on furnished forms must be sealed and marked. reservations not provided for will not be accepted.
