US officials disclosed that South Vietnamese troops used an American made non lethal tear gas against Viet Cong guerrillas in Vietnam. Eight F105 fighters carried an armed reconnaissance over North Vietnam. One plane was shot down. The gas disables temporarily making the enemy unable to fight without killing civilians. Americans did not use it. the Vietnamese employ it.

Iowa House Advances Private School Bus Transportation Bill
