United Press International reports decreasing cloudiness and very cold conditions tonight across Iowa with lows near 10 below zero in the north and near zero in the south. Wednesday will be clear to partly cloudy and very cold with highs from 10 to 15. Thursday should bring milder temperatures, increasing clouds, and light snow by afternoon or evening. Southeast expects fair but colder conditions tonight with lows zero to five above and Wednesday continuing cold, highs in the low 20s.
