The funeral will be Friday at 2 pm in the Christian Church Washington with Rev Carlyle Smith in charge. Burial in Oakland Cemetery Iowa City. Memorial fund for cancer research. Masonic services at graveside. Survivors include his wife four sons Delbert Stanly Lewis and Olon 13 grandchildren four great grandchildren one brother and four sisters. He was a retired contractor carpenter farmer and long time Washington resident.

Dr. Frank Adrian M D 86 died Tuesday June 9 1964 at Washington County Hospital after about ten days illness. Funeral Friday at 9 am at St James Catholic Church with Rev James Grubb. He studied at Ames and Iowa State University Medical School graduating June 14 1904. He married Martha Fern MacWilliams November 22 1904. He lived in Washington 14 years member of Knights of Columbus at Harper. Survivors include his wife three brothers Bishop W L Adrian Nashville TN George Adrian Sigourney John Adrian Iowa City and several nieces. High School bat members rehearsal Thursday at 7 pm directed by Alan Bergstrom.

Marion Greiner 6 Hurt in Farm Trailer Mishap Near Keota
Marion Greiner six son of Mr and Mrs James Greiner sustained two broken hips when a trailer behind a tractor overturned on a farm south of Keota. The tractor driven by Hubert Greiner lost power steering and the trailer overturned into a ditch. Marion suffered a compound fracture of the right hip and a left hip fracture along with abrasions. He was taken to Mercy Hospital in Iowa City.
