Co-Founder of Colwell Dies at 97 in Iowa Town
Colwell Mrs. R Rebecca Colwell 97 died. Services set for Saturday afternoon. In 1917 she and her husband James Colwell and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Tetzioff platted the Floyd County town of Colwell on land from the Colwell farm. Four sons and two daughters survive.
