Gracehill Moravian Church and Community Story

Gracehill traces the Moravian church in rural Washington county from its 1867 roots, noting growth with 1913 and 1954 basement additions, the historic Strohm house, and the cemetery laid out with choir seating. It recalls bell duties, hitching racks, a town well, dwindling 22-family membership, and Rev. Arthur Peters' service since 1949.
