Funeral services were held at 2 30 p m at Sherman s funeral home for Charles King 79 who died Saturday afternoon. The service was led by Dr Fred E Miller of the Methodist church and burial followed at Elm Grove Cemetery. King born in Washington April 16 1866 lived here all his life and was once a drayman then a truck garden operator. He had suffered illness since March and had lived with Mr and Mrs Jacob Christner for the past three years. Surviving are two sisters Mrs Oliver Miksell of Chicago and Mrs Mazie Higgins of New York state.

Dantzer to be buried in Elm Grove cemetery Tuesday
