Crisis as Faith and Action in Hezekiah’s Time
A devotional meditation on crisis drawn from 1 Chronicles 29 to 32 and 1 Kings 19. The piece highlights Hezekiah facing Sennacherib’s invasion, emphasizes the paradox of doing nothing yet acting in faith, and advocates trust in God, capable leaders, and personal resolve. It cites a forest incident to illustrate “Be still, and know that I am God,” and ends with a call to faith in both divine and human agents.
