Funeral services will be held in Oskaloosa for Rev W H Kelley a retired Presbyterian minister. He died yesterday at his home 212 Third Avenue R Oskaloosa where the family had lived since moving from Washington. He was born March 8 1852 in Ware Massachusetts and married Carrie Bell Kimball in Milford New York. He graduated from Williams College and Auburn Theological Seminary and spent forty years in gospel ministry with thirty as a home missionary. The Kelley family moved to Iowa in 1904 and to Washington in 1934.

Mrs Weidner of Brighton Dies at 72 in Hospital
Brighton July 25 Mrs Fred Weidner 72 died last evening about 6 30 in Washington county hospital where she had been a patient ten days. She had been in failing health since February and bedfast for two months. Interment in Hillcrest cemetery. Louisa Faber born July 15 1869 in Walnut township Jefferson County Iowa daughter of Henry and Barbara Faber. She married Fred Weidner and lived in Merrimac then moved to Brighton in 1904. Surviving: two sons Ed and Frank of Brighton a stepson Henry Weidner of Brinson Minnesota and a brother Ben Faber of Cedar Rapids.

William Grant Edwards 75 longtime Crawfordsville telephone office manager died on his porch after a hot day. He suffered a prior stroke and had been in fragile health, with his assistant Clarence Hering present on his last call. He was born May 5 1866 in Henry county and married Elizabeth Sneath May 4 1890. He lived in Glasgow and Yarmouth before returning to Crawfordsville in 1923. Surviving are his wife two children five brothers and one sister.

U S Bomber Crashes twice near Dayton Ohio
