The State of Iowa notices creditors that D W Bates as Receiver for the Washington Loan & Trust Company seeks authority to sell a $1600 note secured by a first mortgage on portions of sections in Louisa County. Hearing set August 2, 1935 at 9 a.m. at the Washington County Courthouse to approve the order or consider objections and any better offer.
