Howard Richardson an Iowa City graduate student at State University of Iowa has received the Maxwell Anderson award for dramatic production by Stanford University. Burkett Fined for No Driver’s License in Wellman Incident
William Burkett, 17, appeared before Justice J. E. Boyee and paid a $5 fine plus costs for driving without a license. Omar Hochstetler, owner of the car, also paid a similar fine for letting an unlicensed driver operate it.
