Ed Bell Dies After Illness in Des Moines
Ed Bell formerly an express agent for the Rock Island railroad died Tuesday night at Iowa Lutheran Hospital Des Moines after a hand infection. Funeral services are planned in Des Moines and burial will be in Fairfield Saturday afternoon. Mrs. Bell survives with relatives in Fairfield and had lived on East Main Street before moving to Des Moines for railroad work.
