Washington Community Schools sixth grade band students will perform at the elementary solo contest recital this week. Lincoln pupils perform at 3 50 p m on Thursday January 13 in the school gym. Brighton acts take the stage January 18 at 8 30 a m in the Brighton gym. Stewart and St James students appear January 18 at 3 50 p m in the Stewart kindergarten room. The top four soloists from each school win awards sponsored by Everetts Music Store.
