Corn Belt Turkeys Win National Show in Minneapolis
Turkeys from Corn Belt Turkey Farms in Washington ranked high at the National Dressed Turkey show held January 5 to 7 in Minneapolis. Don Stutsman, manager, said a Corn Belt bird won blue for first in the youn oven dressed hen class and another took second in gift packaging. Washington entries placed second and fourth in the same class. over 4,000 attended and the grand prize dressed turkey hen sold for $692.
